Terms and Conditions

Kind Compliments Terms and Conditions

All prices are subject to VAT.

All invoices are due for payment on the issue date unless stated otherwise.

Carriage and packaging charges will apply to all orders below Ł100 .

Shortages & Damages must be reported in writing within 2 working days.

Goods are NOT sold on a sale or return basis.

Due to the nature of the handmade products the envelopes are not gummed.

The title of the goods will pass to the customers only when full payment has been made.

A 25% restocking fee is applied if goods are returned.

All unpaid and overdue accounts will be charged an interest at the rate of 2% per annum above the minimum or base lending rate of Bank of Scotland at the time.

Payments can be made by cheque to 'Worldly Goods' PayPal or by Credit/Debit cards.
